Revolts with TK are exactly opposite in regards to desirability to revolts with dark elves and skaven - a rebel flag early game can have poo poo that can devastate basic skellingtons and lay so much damage that might be better to restart, for very little reward If you're expanding early on, with only one or two armies, and especially in huge provinces like what Krok or Teclis get, the corruption will seriously slow your advance because you have to choose between killing rebels and actually fighting other factions. Goon wisdom is that revolts are always entirely helpful forever and ever amen but that's only really true if you're consolidated and prepared to farm them. (Which Krok can defeat by group-locking his army in default formation and then attack-moving.)
I think the issue before was the corruption spawning revolts in every province within 1000000 miles, not the actual undead armies.
Unless player controlled, Lizards should never have an issue with any undead.
